Whats Included?
Each session starts with a short consultation followed by a gentle massage for relaxation and healing, tailored to your requirements.
This massage combines elements of traditional massage with reiki healing and reflexology to create an incredibly relaxing experience.

I use a body map card to help you choose the extent of your massage so you are in control. shorter massages can focus just on back, legs, arms, hands, feet etc
I use Sweet Almond Oil for massage.
The session ends with a towel dry rub down.
up to 60 minutes of massage can be included in a session but this may be extended to 90 minutes at a cost of £60
