Mindful Walking New Forest

I have walked almost every path in the New Forest having lived in or around it all my life. So why not enjoy a relaxing 60-90 minute walk in the stunningly beautiful New Forest national park with me. You will learn how to walk mindfully, breathe mindfully and clear your over active mind to return to nature and your true self. 

I offer these guided walks for individuals at my normal rate or small groups by arrangement. I can also tailor these sessions to include other healing therapies as required and its a great way to take some time for yourself while still being able to practice social distancing if required.
